If our event space isn't the perfect place for you or you have another vision, no worries! Events by Tiffany J, is available for your planning , design, and decor needs. We have over a decade of experience bringing our clients events to life in their venue of choice. We have worked in over 90+ venues around Jacksonville and the surrounding counties, including some private residences. Our design skill set is unmatched. EVENT SPACE RENTAL

Book our event space for your next wedding or event. Our event space gives a modern and elegant feel without you have to do to much. Tables, chivalry chairs, full room drape, linen, and up lighting are all included in your rental. See pricing and everything included below.

Monday through Thursday $175/hr. (minimum 4 hours)

Friday & Sunday $1000

Saturday $1500

ALL-INCLUSIVE VENUE & DECOR RENTAL

If you're looking for a full service venue and decor option, we are the perfect place for you! Our venue offers all-inclusive venue rental with decor. All you have to do is bring in your food and beverage, and we do the rest. We are the best on the Westside of Jacksonville. Our venue and decor pricing start at $2300!

Our Venue Only Option

When you rent our venue only, what you see is what you get!! That's right. Included in your Venue Only Rental:

. Chivalry Chairs
. Table linens (White, Black, Ivory)
. Fully Draped Room
. Table and chair placement
. Built in photo areas. ( Can be draped if not wanted)
. Foyer Area
. Tables
. Etageres
. 2 separate restrooms with 2 units in each
. Kitchen prep area with 2 refrigerators, microwave, food warmer
. Digital Entry
. All-day venue access. From 8:00 - midnight. (Includes set up, tear down, and event time) *Additional hours may be purchased

Friday Rental $1200
Saturday Rental $1500
Sunday Rental $1000

Retainer 50% to hold date

$175 mandatory cleaning fee
$250 refundable security deposit*

Outside catering and beverage allowed. If you're serving alcohol, you must have a licensed bartender or event insurance will be required.
